Our professional experts will guide you through the day where you will focus on nothing but you! Improving not only your physical but also mental health. Wellbeing Wednesdays will be safe space experience with likeminded new people & nothing but good vibes.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient form of discipline that focuses on moving the body with breath to boost both physical and mental wellbeing. We are lucky to have a use of a large outside space of the Estate to comply with all the covid-19 regulations. Meditating & flowing outside being closer to nature than ever. We are now living in fast paced and often stressful world. Yoga offers you the chance to slow down, relax, bring your awareness inwards and to become mindful of your own body ,giving you the opportunity to take control and improve your own personal wellness.
Nutrition
After your 1 hour yoga glass you will be invited for 45 minute of healthy eating & nutrition talk. This is where you will have the opportunity to freshen up & try out natural healthy smoothies. Our coaches will prepare a booklet of recipes to take & try it at home. Not only you will be guided through improving your diet, there’ll also be an opportunity to ask your personal questions in a safe environment. We are here to help you & guide into a better way of living.
Dance & Movement
" Believe you can and you're halfway there"
After inspiring a yoga session & nutrition guidance talk be prepared to get your dance shoes on & move away to some fun hits. This class is 45 minutes long. The coach will teach you a few funky steps but also the ability to let go & have fun. This is an awesome way to finish your fitness day. Following after by chilling by the pool with motivational talks curated by our special anonymous guest & delicious healthy lunch buffet made especially by our international chef.
Mental health
Mental health awareness is at the heart of all of our classes and sessions. During turbulent times that may seem unpredictable it is our mental health that enables us to make good daily decisions that lead to positive habit development thus creating happiness.
All of our coaches and trainers keep this in mind when devoting their time and expertise to you throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to pull your coach to the side if you want someone just to talk to.
